Daytime Education and Care from $40.25 per hour, per family (GST incl)

Nighttime Care from $29.90 per hour, per family (GST incl)

Overnight Care from $358.80 per 12 hours (GST incl)

We offer Causal and Fixed Term Arrangements, Care Share options, and Events Care Services. Our Team wont shy away from one off, short term, before or after school hours, split shift, or week on week off arrangements.

We are a registered ACC Vendor and registered WINZ Home Help Supplier.

1. Read our Service Descriptions and choose the right Service for you, or contact us to learn about how we can adapt to suit your families needs.

2. At current, you’ll need to fill in our Carer Enquiry Form below to join our waitlist. As we grow our Team, we will contact you to let you know that a suitable Carer is now available for you to read their Carer Profile.

3. As our Team grows, you’ll be able to go straight to reading our CarersProfilesand choose a Primary Carer from there - who is the Carer you’d most like to work with. We recommend keeping in mind one or two Secondary Carers for in times where a Reliever may be needed.

4. Then, under the Carers Profile, select Book Now for the Service you require to view the corresponding Carers Availability Calendar if available, or contact us directly to enquire.

5. If they’re available for the Date and Time Frame you require then simply follow the Booking Process. If they aren’t available try your Secondary Carers or filling in the Carer Enquiry Form to join our waitlist. We recommend booking in advance to secure your Primary Carer, or talk to us about a Fixed Term Arrangement.

6. You’ll receive a Summary and Quote at the end of the Booking process to check over.

7. And finally, we will be in touch to confirm your Booking information, answer any of your questions, and let you know we look forward to working with you!

• Choose a Primary Carer, but keep in mind one or two Secondary Carers for when your Primary Carer is unavailable, or requires a reliever in times of illness or personal need.

• Schedule Date Nights in advance. A lot of our Families are on a casual schedule, like every second Saturday of the month, to avoid missing out on their Primary Carer or simply letting too much time pass between Date Nights.

• Secure your Primary Carer for long term needs by talking to us about our Fixed Term Arrangements. These are generally longer than two weeks, and only require a two week cancellation notice.

• Build a rapport with our other Carers. Book your Secondary Carers often enough so that when you do need them it isn’t disruptive to your Family.

  We can arrange regular playdates between our Carers and the children in their care so that they can build a rapport with one another. This means when your Primary Carer is unavailable or requires a reliever, you can choose a Secondary Carer your child has already met.
